Staff Training Is Important To Us

You may notice our doors are closed on Wednesday from 9am to 10am. This is because we believe that only a highly trained staff can provide the quality service that you deserve. Each Wednesday, we sit together as a staff and discuss our plans to provide our clients better service as well as learn about new drugs, vaccinations, and services. Representatives from our vendors come to our clinic and explain in-depth information about their products and services to the staff as well so that we all have a wealth of knowledge for you, our clients.

We know that continuing education, whether in-clinic or out-of-clinic, is imperative, because the medical industry is continuously changing. Our Doctors, technicians, and receptionists all know how important continuing education is in our field, and take every opportunity they can to learn new information.
