Biddeford Animal Hospital began in 1986 as a family-owned small animal practice operating out of Dr. Simard and Dr. Soliman’s home. Over the years, our hospital and client base expanded greatly, requiring the practice to move in 1997 to a dedicated hospital facility at 556 Elm Street. Biddeford Animal Hospital is still located at that address today.
The evolving nature of veterinary medicine, as well as our clients’ needs, have influenced many changes at Biddeford Animal Hospital since we began in 1986. Our strict commitment to quality and compassionate patient care, however, has never altered. From its inception, Biddeford Animal Hospital’s mission statement has been “to provide the best quality care for your pets in a kind, respectful and friendly atmosphere.”
Over the years, there have been many advances in technology which we have incorporated into our hospital to better serve you and your pets. We offer on site ultrasound, endoscopy, full surgical and dental capabilities with ECG monitoring, laser surgery, emergency care and an in-house lab and pharmacy.
Please take a moment to browse through our website. Be sure to view the Virtual Tour of our hospital (via the New Patient Center tab) to get to know us even better. In addition, you may contact us with any questions, concerns or comments, or schedule an appointment, all at the click of a button! We look forward to hearing from you soon.
We now offer both Companion Therapy Laser and Cutting Edge Surgical Laser capabilities in the hospital for some of the most technologically advanced care possible for your pet. Click on the "Therapeutic Laser" tab to read more.Featured Articles
