Referral Rewards Program

We are pleased to announce that we now have a program to reward you for referring your friends to our hospital! We understand how important word-of-mouth is in a small community; we would, therefore, like to reward you for telling your friends and family about us and your experience here!

Through this program, you will receive a reward for every new client you refer to us.  Simply write your name and telephone number on one of the Biddeford Animal Hospital Referral Rewards Program cards and hand them out to all your friends and family! The more referrals you provide, the more rewards you will get!

Ten Steps to Top Referral Client Status

1^st Referral: $5 discount off your next office visit fee

2^nd Referral: One free Tuff Lock Collar for your pet

3^rd Referral: One free Tuff Lock Leash for your pet

4^th Referral: $15 discount off your next office visit fee

5^th Referral: Free bag of pet food (up to $20 value)

6^th Referral: Free microchip and 1^st year membership. ($50 value)

7^th Referral:10% off your next office visit statement excluding any medications (up to $40)

8^th Referral: 3-month supply of Frontline for a pet who is up-to-date on all vaccinations (up to $45)

9^th Referral: 20% off your next office visit statement excluding medications (up to $80)

10^th Referral: “Top Referral” Client status - 15% discount on medical and surgical services for 1 year (no limit)

Legal Disclaimer:

The term “referral” is used to describe a new client to Biddeford Animal Hospital, or one whom we have not seen in the last three years for an office visit. Each new pet owner – not each new pet – is considered a new referral. Each current Biddeford Animal Hospital client may refer only one new client per day. Referral Rewards cards are not permitted to be distributed to other new clients in or around the Biddeford Animal Hospital property. Biddeford Animal Hospital reserves the right to change or modify this program at any time without notice. Biddeford Animal Hospital also reserves the right to deny any client the benefits of the Referral Rewards Program if we deem that the program is being misused or altered in any way. Only one reward can be redeemed per week for the 4^th referral level and up. Not-for-profit organization administrators are not eligible to participate in this program; their clients, however, are always welcome to participate in the Referral Rewards Program.
